Does a piece of clothing unfortunately not meet your expectations or do you want to exchange it for a different size? If you want to exchange it, we ask you to let us know by e-mail at klantenservice@chunclothing.nl stating your order number. You as a customer have 14 days to send the order to us. If you make use of this, the return costs are for the account of the buyer. Items that you return must be in the same condition as you received them. If you have sent your order after 14 days, we unfortunately cannot process your return and we will send the package back to you. If the package has been prepared for shipping, you can hand it in at the nearest post office to send it (at your own expense) to:

How do I return a product?
- Check whether your product is eligible for return (for example: unused, in original packaging and within the return period)
- Please download and print our return form and fill it out as completely as possible. You can download it here.
- Make sure it is well protected so that it arrives undamaged. Add the completed return form to the package.

You must create the return label yourself via a shipping service of your choice (for example PostNL, DHL or another provider). Make sure you send the package to the specified return address and always keep the shipping receipt with the track & trace code.
- Once we have received and checked your return, we will send you a confirmation email. The refund will be processed within 5 days. Please allow 1-5 business days for processing.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- The article is provided with our label
- The item is undamaged.
- The item has not been worn or washed and should not have any perfume or make-up stains (trying it on is always allowed).
- We do NOT accept jewelry for hygiene reasons.
- The costs for returning your package are at your own expense.
- Returns are entirely at your own risk.
- We must receive your return within 14 calendar days (after receipt of course).
- Please note: Below you can print your return form, please fill in the return form COMPLETELY, otherwise we cannot process it.
- Please note: Parcels sent to a Parcel Point or the wrong address will NOT be collected by us.

Please note: Please return the packages as a standard package and not as a letterbox package, as otherwise they will not be delivered to us correctly.
- Please note that CHUN will only accept returns if they are in their original condition. Damaged and/or used items will be refused and returned at your own expense. Any depreciation of the product such as makeup stains, perfume or sweat odor.

Warranty
We do not offer a washing guarantee on our items, any problems arising after washing are your own responsibility.
If there is a production error in the item(s) you received, you can report this within 24 hours of receipt by email: klantenservice@chunclothing.nl with the photos.
- We offer a 14-day warranty on buckles, zippers, buttons or any type of closures.
- We do not provide a guarantee on loose threads (finishing threads)
- Pulling of clothing is not covered by warranty. Pulling occurs through friction with other materials and we are not responsible for that.
- We do not provide a guarantee on loops/hook and lint in crocheted (wool) sweaters and cardigans.
Always return your order to us with a traceable shipping method. We are not responsible for items that are lost and shipped without a Track&Trace code. You are responsible for your return package until it reaches our address. So keep your Track&Trace code safe until your return has been processed!
