Does a garment unfortunately not quite meet your expectations or do you want to exchange it for a different size? If you would like to exchange, we ask you to let us know by email at info@chunclothing.nl stating your order number. You as a customer have 14 days to send the order to us. If you use this, the return costs are for the buyer's own account. Items you return must be in the same condition you received them. If you have sent your order after 14 days, unfortunately we cannot process your return and we will send the package back to you. Once the package has been prepared for shipment, you can hand it in at the nearest post office to send it (at your own expense) to:

How do I return a product?

• Please download and print our returns form and complete it as completely as possible.
• Pack the product well and deliver it to a desired postal company.
• The product arrives at our facility and is checked by us. We take 7 days to process your return

RETURN CONDITIONS

• The item has our label
• The item is undamaged.
• The item has not been worn or washed and should not have a perfume smell or make-up stain (of course you can always try it on).
• We do NOT accept jewelry due to hygiene
• The costs for returning your package are at your own expense.
• Returns are entirely at your own risk.
• We must have received your return within 14 calendar days at the latest (after receipt of course).
• Please note: Below you can print your return form, fill in the return form COMPLETELY, otherwise we cannot process it.
• Please note: Packages sent to a Parcel Point or incorrect address will NOT be collected by us

• Please note that CHUN will only process returns if they are in their original condition. Damaged and/or used items will be refused and returned at your own expense. Any depreciation of the product such as makeup stains, perfume or sweat odor.

Guarantee

We do not offer a washing guarantee on our items, any problems arising after washing are your own responsibility.

If there is a production error in the item(s) you receive, you can report this within 24 hours of receipt via email: info@chuncclothing.nl with the photos.

• We give a 14-day warranty on buckles, zippers, buttons or any type of closures.
• We do not provide a guarantee on loose threads (finishing threads).
• Pulling clothes is not covered by the warranty. Pulling occurs due to friction with other materials and we are not responsible for this.
• We do not guarantee loops/hooks and lint on crocheted (wool) sweaters and cardigans.
